Hi everyone!My name is Aidan Sun (you can also call me Ziming)Before joining JET IT Services, I completed two IT internships — one at Shanghai Legoland Resort and another at Alpha Leader Law Firm. Through these experiences, I gained hands-on skills in first-line technical support, IT asset management, and hardware/software troubleshooting. I also had the opportunity to support VIP events by ensuring the seamless operation of conference systems. I enjoy turning technical challenges into smooth, reliable experiences for users.
