  5. Regularly review and improve offboarding policies to keep pace with evolving threats.

 For Windows Users

How to Take a Screenshot on Windows

Windows provides several ways to capture screenshots:

  1. Entire Screen:Press Win + PrtScn. This captures the entire screen and automatically saves it in Pictures > Screenshots.
  2. Active Window:Press Alt + PrtScn. This captures only the currently active window and copies it to the clipboard (you need to paste it into an app like Paint or Word to save it).
  3. Selected Area:Press Win + Shift + S. This opens the Snipping Tool, allowing you to select the area you want to capture.
  4. Snipping Tool:Open the Snipping Tool app and choose from various screenshot options, including freeform, rectangular, and window snips.

Step 1: Open the Screenshots Folder

By default, Windows saves screenshots in the Pictures > Screenshots folder. To access it:

Open File Explorer (Win + E).

Navigate to This PC > Pictures > Screenshots.

Step 2: Change the Save Location

If you want to change where your screenshots are saved:

Right-click the Screenshots folder.

Click Properties.

Go to the Location tab.

Click Move and choose your preferred folder.

Click Apply and then OK.

Step 3: Test Your New Settings

Take a screenshot using one of the methods above.

Check if the screenshot is now saved in your chosen location.

By following these steps, you can ensure that your screenshots are always saved exactly where you want them to be. This helps in better organization and quick access to your images!
