get to know the team

My name is Chenley Chen(陈晨), I’m from Hunan. Because of an opportunity, I came from Shenzhen to Shanghai. Looking at this unfamiliar city, for the first time, I had an impulse to stay here and work hard. During my job search, I gradually fell in love with this city that is full of people and passion.

As for why I joined JET IT, I think the reason in the early stage was that I needed a job to prove my existence, but later I found that the JET IT team is a very promising and high-quality team with a wide range of business scope. The work it brings is also very challenging, and the excitement it brings when completing a challenge is very desirable.

I work as a help desk technician in JET IT, mainly responsible for remote support, on-site support, network equipment configuration, and customer on-site maintenance. Remote support focuses more on solving software and email problems, while equipment configuration focuses more on configuring new computers

For the rest of this year, my goal in work is to complete and obtain two Microsoft certifications to lay the foundation.

For my personal goal, I hope to discover more hobbies, become a leader in life, and discover more values that belong to me.
