Hello everyone, my name is Chenley Chen. I work as a Helpdesk Technician and have been in this role for two years.

During this time, I have had the opportunity to contribute to several projects across different locations, including Shenzhen, Xiamen, Wuxi in Jiangsu, as well as Beijing, Suzhou, and Taizhou. These experiences have given me a better understanding of my work and helped me approach it with a more responsible mindset.

In my daily work, I aim to handle issues in a practical and timely manner, while ensuring stability and consistency in IT support. I also hope to learn from the team and gradually improve through ongoing collaboration.
