Hi! I’m Giada Carena, a young professional with an international mindset, currently based in Shanghai. My background spans Italy, the Netherlands, and China, where I developed strong, hands-on knowledge alongside a genuine curiosity for people, cultures, and cross-border business dynamics. This led me to my current role in Business Development at JET IT Services.

At JET IT, I work at the intersection of technology and international business, supporting foreign enterprises with their IT-related needs as they operate or scale in the Chinese market. I collaborate closely with clients to understand their technical and operational requirements, identify practical IT solutions, and support the process end to end. At the same time, I contribute to partner development and opportunity scouting, helping international companies strengthen and optimize their IT presence in China.

What really motivates me is the human side of the role: building trust, connecting across cultures, and working daily in a multicultural, trilingual environment. My goal is to deepen my understanding of the Chinese market and grow as a bridge between cultures and ways of doing business.
