Tier 2 Technician

Position Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and communicative Network Engineer to join our team as a trusted consultant to our clients. In this role, you will not only manage and support existing network environments but also design and implement modern IT infrastructure solutions tailored to client needs.

You’ll work closely with international businesses, helping them build secure, scalable, and efficient network architectures. This is an ideal opportunity for engineers who enjoy solving complex challenges, engaging directly with clients, and continuously developing their technical and consulting skills in a dynamic, bilingual environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain network infrastructure to support internal operations and client needs.
• Diagnose and resolve network-related issues including connectivity failures, bottlenecks, and configuration errors.
• Develop and propose network architecture plans aligned with business objectives.
• Perform routine inspections, updates, and maintenance on networking hardware and software.
• Provide internal training and support for staff regarding network usage and best practices.
• Contribute to the planning and execution of network projects, including new implementations and system upgrades.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT network engineering.
• Hands-on experience with routers, switches, and firewalls; CCNA or higher certification is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently troubleshoot complex network issues.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; team-oriented with a collaborative mindset.
• Passion for continuous learning and keeping up with evolving technologies and standards.
• Preferred certifications (not required): CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, MCSE, MCSD, Network+

• 负责公司内部网络架构的设计、实施与维护，确保网络系统的稳定性和高效性。
• 解决网络运行中出现的各种技术问题，包括但不限于网络故障排查、性能优化等。
• 根据业务需求，提出网络搭建的建议和方案，并负责具体实施。
• 定期对网络设备进行检查和维护，预防潜在的技术问题。
• 为公司员工提供网络使用方面的培训和技术支持。
• 参与网络相关项目的规划与实施，包括新项目的网络搭建及现有网络系统的扩展与改 进。

【任职要求】

• 计算机科学或相关领域的本科及以上学历。
• 至少 3 年以上 IT 网络工程相关工作经验。
• 熟悉主流网络设备(如路由器、交换机)的操作与配置，具备 CCNA 或更高水平认 证者优先考虑。
• 具备良好的问题解决能力和故障排除技巧，能够独立处理复杂的网络问题。 – 能够根据业务需求提出合理的网络搭建建议和实施方案。
• 良好的沟通能力和团队合作精神，能够有效地与不同部⻔协作完成任务。
• 对新技术保持敏感，愿意不断学习和适应新的网络技术和标准。
