My name is Wenze Wang, and I was born in Shanghai. After graduating in 2024, I joined the JET-IT team, marking the start of my professional journey. As a Helpdesk Engineer, my primary responsibilities include providing comprehensive IT support to clients, which encompasses remote assistance, on-site support, network device configuration, and maintenance.

As a new member of the team, I am continuously gaining valuable experience while refining my technical skills. I am also focused on developing strong communication and coordination abilities. I recognize that timely responses and efficient problem-solving are essential in this role, and I maintain a proactive attitude toward learning in order to contribute effectively to the team. Although my career is just beginning, I am confident that with my passion for technology and commitment to continuous improvement, my future at JET-IT is full of limitless potential.
