My name is Jimmy Zhai(翟稼铭), and I’m from Shanghai. With over a decade of experience in the IT industry, I now serve as an IT Project Manager at JET IT. Early in my career, I specialized in helpdesk support, IT information management, and technical assistance for clients. Working on the frontlines of IT support has sharpened my ability to quickly identify challenges, communicate effectively with clients, and provide tailored solutions.

In today’s fast-paced, technology-driven world, robust IT support is indispensable for both businesses and individuals. The rapid evolution of technology continuously raises the bar for IT professionals, which motivates me to keep learning and stay ahead of the curve even outside of work.
